Here's my method:
1. Eight clear plastic cups were labeled water, sugar water, water with dissolved fertiliser, V, lemonade, vinegar, milk and apple juice.
2. 230 mL of each liquid was poured into their respective cups.
3. Equal amounts of bean seeds were placed in each of the cups.
4. The seeds were observed daily, and observations were recorded.
